People living with this often experience low energy, trouble concentrating, cravings, mood changes, and sleep difficulties. While it is not an official medical diagnosis, adrenal fatigue is commonly linked to prolonged physical or emotional stress, poor sleep, and lifestyle factors that strain your body’s ability to cope.
