Gratitude, Empathy and Mindfulness

Positive vibrations allow you to experience greater personal power, clarify, peace, love, joy and manifest more easily your dreams, goals and achievements.

When your vibration is high, positivity and life seem to flow in balance. Doors open, relationships and opportunities can come with more ease, emotions and feelings feel lighter. From the outside it may appear that you are lucky and things just naturally come easy to you, when in actual fact you’ve done the work to manifest and invite in your good fortune.

You can consciously raise your vibration, positive energy and improve your overall state of being. It’s simply a matter of bringing awareness to your situation and then working to rectify it. Here are some seriously easy tips to get you started.

Be Conscious of Your Thoughts

Everything you think, feel and communicate has an impact on you. If you fundamentally believe something, that may become your reality. For example, if you’ve convinced yourself that you can’t run for 5 minutes straight, every attempt may likely fail if you keep repeating that limiting belief.

Become aware of your negative thoughts, acknowledge them, sit with them, and in time you’ll better be able to identify them and learn to turn them around into positive thoughts. When you change your thoughts to be more positive, your reality is likely to be more positive too.

Practice Gratitude, Empathy and Mindfulness

Studies have shown that practicing gratitude, empathy and mindfulness daily can lead to a happier, healthier and more positive life. You can start this simply by being aware of your surroundings and finding something beautiful and positive in your everyday life. Meditate

Starting off with just 10 minutes of meditation a day can have a huge impact on thought patterns and self talk. Meditation helps to calm the nervous system, centre the mind and allows time to peacefully focus on positive and constructive thoughts and feelings.

Like energy attracts energy, so the more you practice growing your positive energy, the more you will receive.

Move, Nourish and Hydrate Your Body

Healthy, organic, fresh wholefoods fuel positive vibrations and benefit your health. The more good stuff you feed your cells, biochemical channels, microbiome, neurotransmitters, the better your mind and body will feel and function. Pay attention to how you feel after eating certain foods.

Also get your blood pumping. Positive energy requires movement. Do something you enjoy, walking, running, yoga, pilates dancing!
