Book with Jessica

Jessica is a degree-qualified clinical nutrition and Western Herbal Medicine practitioner with a genuine passion for children’s health — and a rare gift for helping families navigate the complex, longstanding presentations that so often leave parents feeling stuck and unheard.

Much of Jessica’s early clinical experience was spent supporting mothers, babies and children, and it’s work she has cared deeply about ever since. It gave her a strong foundation in paediatric care and in the maternal and infant microbiome, and it has shaped the way she practises today: patiently, collaboratively, and always with the whole family in mind. She is especially drawn to children with childhood eczema, ADHD, ASD and PANS/PANDAS and the wider neurodivergent spectrum, as well as the everyday challenges of infancy such as colic, reflux and bowel irregularity.

Underpinning this is Jessica’s deep fascination with the gut microbiome and how far its influence reaches. New research continues to link our gut ecosystem to skin, immune function, autoimmunity, mood and neurological health — which is precisely why it is such fertile ground in paediatric care, where so many childhood concerns trace back to the gut. Jessica considers the microbiome “ground zero” for many of the cases she sees, and her interest extends beyond the gut into vaginal and intimate health, where she works with complex and often overlooked presentations affecting intimate and immune wellbeing.

In clinic Jessica works with both children and adults, particularly where symptoms are longstanding, complex or have not responded to previous approaches. She combines evidence-based nutrition, herbal medicine and advanced functional testing to identify underlying drivers and build clear, personalised care plans — working collaboratively with GPs and paediatricians where needed. She has completed advanced training in gastrointestinal disorders and the vaginal ecosystem, and continues to deepen her expertise through ongoing postgraduate study.
