Vitamin D supports immunity along with whole food sources of Zinc and Vitamin B12 which can be difficult to obtain in a vegan diet. Zinc is an essential mineral for assisting immune system function and also contributes to cell protection from free radicals. Vitamin B12 helps to reduce tiredness and fatigue whilst supporting immunity.
Ingredients: Deactivated Nutritional Savoury Flakes, Red Miso, Adaptogenic Mushrooms, Vegetables (Pumpkin, Kale, Spinach, Sweet Potato, Carrot, Broccoli, Pink Himalayan Salt, Tapioca Starch, Turmeric, Aquamin Marine Minerals (sea Algae), Brown Rice Protein, Tasmanian Kelp, Parsley, Chives, Black Pepper.
Directions: Simply add 1 tablespoon (6g) to 200 mL of boiling water and stir.
Use as a base for sups, stews, sauces and gravies for added nutrition and taste.
