
This recipe will help you lose weight, cleanse, clarify your skin, bowels, hormones and nourish your body.
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon of whole Flaxseeds or Omega Fibre (this helps to regulate hormones)
- 1-2 tsp of Chia seeds (omega 3)
- 1 scoop of Thermophase detox powder*(gastrointestinal and liver detox rice based protein powder)
- 3-4 leaves of organic kale or 1-2 cups of baby spinach
- 1/2 cup of organic blueberries frozen or fresh
- ¼ cup of additional fruit or vegetables e.g kiwi, cucumber, celery, etc.
- Add cold filtered water to desired consistency usually 2-3 cups
Variation: swap some or all of the water with coconut water, almond milk or rice milk!
