This healthy snack or light lunch is rich in healthy omega fatty acids and protein.

Ingredients

½ avocado halved, seed removed

1 small can sustainable sourced chunky tuna

Juice of ½ lemon

Ground pepper

Seed crackers

Method

Top crackers with sliced avocado and tuna. Sprinkle over lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.
