Baked Salmon and Leafy greens

This recipe is quick easy and full of amazing nutrients that help boost your immune system. Enjoy this recipe and keep the nastiest away this winter.

Ingredients:

1/2 teaspoon ginger
1/2 teaspoon garlic
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 tablespoon soy sauce or tamari
1/2 tablespoon of sesame oil
Spring onion, thinly sliced
Sesame seeds
Your choice of leafy vegetables, think broccolini, bok choy, spinach etc

Method:

Place salmon onto tray with baking paper
Grate 1/2 teaspoon of ginger and garlic, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1 tablespoon soy sauce and 1/2 tablespoon sesame oil, spread onto salmon
Wrap up salmon in a parcel with baking paper and cook for 15-20 minutes
Steam green leafy vegetables of your choice until tender
Sprinkle with spring onion and sesame seeds to garnish
Enjoy!
