Choc Mint Snack Balls

Ingredients

    • 1/2 Cup Pumpkin Seeds
    • 1 Cup Walnuts
    • 1 Cup Almonds
    • 10 Pitted Dates
    • 2 1/2 Tbs Raw Cacao
    • 1 Tbs Coconut Oil
    • 2 Tbs Tahini
    • 1/2 Tsp of Natural Peppermint Flavouring Extract (or 1-2 drops Food Grade Peppermint Oil)

Method

Add all ingredients into a food processor, and mix on high until well combined. Roll into balls and refrigerate.

Makes approximately 12 balls.
