¼ cup dried fruits (sultanas, apricot apple, dates)
1 teaspoon psyllium husks
½ teaspoon Cinnamon
½ teaspoon Nutmeg
To serve
1 large dollop of Natural Greek or coconut yogurt
1 cup milk (cow’s, soy, rice, almond, coconut)
1 tablespoon LSA
Drizzle of Honey (optional)
Seasonal fruit – stewed apples or pears, fresh berries, banana, stone fruit
Method
Ideally make a larger batch of the dry ingredients and keep in an airtight container. Simply serve one portion in a bowl with yogurt, milk, honey and fruit.
