Make your own Muesli

Serves 2-4


Choose a mixture of:

  • ½ cup amaranth
  • ½ cup millet
  • ½ cup brown rice puffs
  • ½ cup buckwheat puffs
  • ¼ cup nuts (almonds, brazil nuts, macadamia, hazelnuts)
  • 1 tablespoon seeds (pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, linseed, sesame)
  • ¼ cup shredded coconut
  • ¼ cup dried fruits (sultanas, apricot apple, dates)
  • 1 teaspoon psyllium husks
  • ½ teaspoon Cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon Nutmeg

To serve

  • 1 large dollop of Natural Greek or coconut yogurt
  • 1 cup milk (cow’s, soy, rice, almond, coconut)
  • 1 tablespoon LSA
  • Drizzle of Honey (optional)
  • Seasonal fruit – stewed apples or pears, fresh berries, banana, stone fruit


Ideally make a larger batch of the dry ingredients and keep in an airtight container. Simply serve one portion in a bowl with yogurt, milk, honey and fruit.
