Australia Post

Standard and Express post options are available. Price is calculated at the checkout. Unfortunately, Australia Post has not been able to guarantee next day delivery for nearly 2 years. The current back log they are experiencing means Australia Post can no longer guarantee an express service. If you are in a position to click and collect from the clinic this will be the fastest option, as we can make no guarantees on a delivery time frame when choosing standard or express.  Tracking details are provided upon the completion of your order.

Click and Collect orders may be collected from the following address during business hours. Orders will be available to collect 3 hours after finalising your order online.

Probiotics and Refrigerated Items

Cold packs are included in orders containing probiotics and refrigerated items. New technological advancements of our probiotics mean they are safe out of the fridge for 2 weeks under 30 degrees. So if your cold packs has thawed by the time your order has been delivered, the items will still be safe, we prefer to still include the cold pack as we find this is the preference for the majority of our customers.

All refrigerated items purchased after 3pm Thursday this will be posted the following Monday.

Special Order Products

We do not currently keep a supply of these products on our shelf so we’ll order it in especially for you. Orders containing special order products will be shipped once all products have arrived. Special order products can take an average of 5 business days to be received. If you urgently require any of your other products shipped prior to your special order product being received, please add a note to your order at the checkout, or contact reception directly on 03 9686 2566 or once your order has been placed (quoting your invoice number if possible). Additional postage charges may apply.


If you have received an incorrect item, please contact reception directly on 03 9686 2566 or asap to have the matter rectified.

Refunds are only provided to products that are unopened and in their original packaging.

Replacement products will be provided for products that are received faulty or damaged.
